These delicious Almond Joy inspired black bean brownie bites will satisfy that sweet tooth and still help keep you eating well.

INGREDIENTS
1 can 14.5 OZ Organic Black beans
1 ½ tablespoons organic Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon almond butter
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
5 tablespoons Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup almonds, pulsed until size of rice
1 teaspoon salt
Shredded coconut for rolling
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place black beans, coconut oil, and almond butter in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Scrape down sides and add maple syrup, cacao, vanilla, and salt; process until incorporated
3. Scoop into a bowl- fold in almonds
4. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm
5. Roll mixture into tablespoon balls and set aside
6. Place coconut in a bowl and roll each ball, pressing the coconut slightly into each to make sure it really sticks
