How did you hear about Sweat Fixx and what made you interested in being a part of the team?
I am always intrigued when I hear about new workouts! I worked down the street and heard from some clients that Sweat Fixx was opening and knew we had to try it out. I went for my first class in October and I was hooked and haven’t missed a week since. I encourage everyone to come try out a class- you won’t regret it.
What keeps you coming back?
My co-workers and clients keep me coming back each day. The community that Sweat Fixx built is amazing and I am proud to be part of an amazing group of people. They push me to work harder and be a better person each day. I never turn down a challenge.
When you aren’t at Sweat Fixx, where can we find you?
When I’m not teaching or taking a class at Sweat Fixx, you can find me working at our family screen printing business in Medford or on a Southwest flight to Chicago to visit my family and friends. My family means the world to me so I fly back almost once a month!
Where is your favorite place to grab a quick snack?
When I’m out and about during the day, my favorite spot to grab a quick snack would be the Whole Foods for a bar or to grab a burrito bowl for lunch.
What’s your favorite guilty pleasure?
My favorite guilty pleasure would be a glass of prosecco with my girlfriends or a Guinness and Regina’s pizza with my husband.
What’s one thing about you, that people would NEVER guess?
I ran my first marathon in Chicago in 2015 and was proposed to after the race surrounded by family and friends. It was a day I will never forget!
What’s one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in the past six months?
Over the past six months, I have opened up my career path to group exercise again by teaching at Sweat Fixx and I have never felt better. I have improved my own personal strengths and keep setting goals to be the best I can be everyday. “Training with the best to be your best self”
One piece of advice you would give to someone who is walking through the SF doors for the first time?
When you walk into Sweat Fixx for the first time, you will feel like you are already part of the #fixxfam. Everyone that comes into the studio challenges and pushes each other to be the best they can be everyday. There is someone always willing to help you learn and experience new things. “Sweat Fixx life is the good life”
Anything else you want to add?
I’m grateful for the opportunity to get behind the mic almost everyday to do what I love and help my clients feel strong and confident when they walk out the door. I have made so many new friends so far and look forward for what is to come!
