We are so excited to announce our first Amesbury Member of the Month, Cassandra (Candy) Hogan. She was there on our opening day and since then has been committed to a consistent workout schedule and has become a huge part of Sweat Fixx Amesbury.
Not only does she always show up, she comes with a positive attitude and an infectious smile – every instructor loves to have her in class. Any new challenge on or off the rower she gladly takes on… and crushes!

| How did you first hear about Sweat Fixx?
My girlfriend told me about a new studio opening up in Amesbury…I waited impatiently for five weeks! What keeps you coming back? First, the workouts. They are always challenging no matter what class it is or who is teaching. Zero boredom here! Second, the community of friends I’ve built from both the students and the instructors. Everybody knows you by name! What’s one thing that you look forward to every time you come to class? That my workout will leave me stronger and that I will be challenged to do better meter by meter.
What motivates you to be stronger? The changes that are evident from giving my all. When I work hard, the gains are worth it. I feel better overall and that carries over to many parts of my life. When you aren’t crushing it on the rower or mat, where can we find you? Running my dogs!!! What’s your guilty pleasure? Chips. Seriously, I have no shut off valve. I’ll eat the whole bag in one sitting. What are you most proud of accomplishing since you first came to Sweat Fixx? Breaking PRs!!! One tip that you would give to someone who is coming to Sweat Fixx for the first time? It’s hard, but just stick with it. What it gives back is immeasurable! Such an amazing workout! Anything else you’d like to add? I’m so glad you chose Amesbury for your fifth studio!! Sweat Fixx is addictive, challenging, fun, energetic and leaves you dripping with happiness and sweat!
