Here at Sweat Fixx, we love our workouts. But exercise means nothing without eating right. Just like with workouts, there’s a balance with food too! Moderation is key. Finding ways to plan your meals truly help (Especially when you have a hard time expressing self-control for certain foods – guilty). I will never be one of those super skinny girls. I came to terms with that a long time ago. I have such a love for food (trust me, you’ll come to understand as you see me around the studio), and take pride in being a strong, athletic female!
To keep up with my 1 – 2 (If I’m feeling bad ass, 3) workouts a day, I need to fuel my body. I stick to my 3 main meals a day, but you better believe there’s consistent snacking in between.
No Bake Peanut Butter Energy balls have become and easy favorite for a couple of reasons.
- You really can’t screw them up. The more you get to know me, it will become very apparent that I was not blessed with cooking abilities. Anything I can throw in a bowl, mix together and is ready to eat is cool in my book!
- It has peanut butter in it. I don’t think I need to say much more here… who doesn’t love peanut butter?
- It’s a snack that is not only easy to make, it’s easy to take! A quick and easy bite between training sessions with this much protein keeps my energy high and me full… for a moment at least.
- There is an endless amount of ways to customize these. You can add almost anything to them, and they still taste good!
