It’s been a CRAZY month.
You and your teammate need to give each other a big sweaty hug and high-five for giving it everything you’ve got.
Challenges like this are meant to do exactly that – challenge you. To get you a little bit outside your comfort zone and to re-spark that inner fire. No matter if you were out in the first round, or charged your way through the last 1,000 meters, you deserve to feel proud.
Regardless if you got your PR or not, you gave it everything you had.
Your best is the best you have – and that’s all you can do. You are your own champion.
I heard so many people gasp and groan when they saw what the next weeks challenge would be.
I saw so many people fight to stay on those basketballs.
I watched as classes powered through those final 100 meters of their 300s.
I saw tears, I saw high fives.
But most of all, I saw everyone’s fire.
Which was exactly what this challenge was all about.
It was relighting that fire, and reminding yourself exactly why you started.
No matter if you were “officially” part of the challenge or not, every time you step into the studio, you are challenging yourself.
You give it your all every single day, regardless of an “official” challenge, and that keeps us all inspired. When you grab the heavier set of weights, when you smile because you snagged the extra meter in HIIT, and when you recognize that you are getting stronger… that’s when you show yourself that you are the best challenge you can give yourself.
We love these seasonal challenges, and we hope you do too!
Congrats crew for taking on this year’s March Madness – we can’t wait to see who the winner of this contest will be!
