HOW TO GET YOUR FIXX
Classes are open to ALL levels- No experience needed!
ROW FIXX (45 MINUTES)
Our signature class that gives a new perspective to rowing. You’ll leave dripping with sweat and wanting more.
Our signature class is one you probably have yet to experience anywhere! This is a GREAT first class to try so you get to learn the rower and how our interval style classes work. Its the perfect combination of our water-based rowing machines paired with dynamic sculpting, on the mat exercises. Need a new fixx? New to rowing? You NEED to try this class.
SCULPT FIXX (45 MINUTES)
Cardio takes a back seat,
it’s time to lengthen & strengthen.
A high energy, full body strength workout, where you push, hold, lengthen, pulse and challenge every muscle in your body. Get ready for a strength training workout where you can lift heavy but still leave feeling energized!
HIIT FIXX (45 MINUTES)
It’s time to bring a little HIIT (high intensity interval training) into the mixx!
This is not a typical HIIT class! During this class, we will work through quicker intervals as you transition from rowing to strength for 6 rounds of HIIT. This combination of short bursts on the rower, and strength training will leave you drenched and work your body from head to toe. You’ll be pushing each other throughout the duration of this high intensity class. Just like all other classes at Sweat Fixx, there will be no jumping but all cardio intervals will be done on the rowers!
GRIT FIXX (45 MINUTES)
Get gritty & redefine
your strong.
It’s time to get gritty. This station-based boot camp style class will let you push yourself with equipment you’ve never seen before at Sweat Fixx. Get ready to test your strength working exercises for 45 seconds using everything from rowers, battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags and everything in between. Get gritty and push past your comfort zone as you work through 8 stations.
ROW FLOW FIXX (60 MINUTES)
ROW, STRENGTH & YOGA – oh my!
Finally, a workout that encompasses all areas of fitness. The first half of class, you will be sweating it out with a combination of rowing and on the mat strength building exercises. The second half, get ready to breathe through our athletic based vinyasa flow. This unexpected combination results in a workout that you’ll wonder how you ever lived without.
VIBE FIXX (45 MINUTES)
Have fun as your lift to the beat!
This class is a first for Sweat Fixx: an on-the-beat, cardio and strength focused class to get you lifting strong and feeling good. This class will give you a full-body workout to a set playlist without having to compromise your great form or heavy weights. Is staying on beat not for you? No worries! You don’t have to move in synch with us to vibe with us- modifications will be offered and everything can be done at your own speed. Expect a mix of hard work and high energy (and the urge to sing along as you move).
KARMA FIXX (45 MINUTES)
We love to give back to the communities that have given us so much.
Class is FREE (donate whatever you would like!), and instructors donate their time to raise money for a local or national organization that is close to our community. Class will either be a HIIT FIXX or ROW FIXX. Both classes consist of working on and off the water rower, performing high intensity low impact strength and cardio.
